Basic Java Gaming stuff
Although I've decided to focus more on Flash Game Dev (and maybe Director/Shockwave game dev if they ever advance the sorry state of the Shockwave 3d engine), there is always a part of me that yearns to do games in Java - due to the great Eclipse IDE, ability to work in a very rich language, current 3d support via OpenGL, etc.

But without the huge development investment in tools for the artist to pawn off as much work away from the programmer, I can't justify the time-expense. My friend Robert has done that but he's got more time and moxie than I have.
