Microgames under the Creative Commons License
This is one board game some guy invented... can't tell how fun it is, though. And a whole zine (now looks defunct) dedicated to these open source board games. A Countermoves Generic Microgame Engine is included in the first issue. Again, I can't attest to the quality.

Just seems like a neat idea.
