In Harvard Business Review, How Pixar Fosters Collective Creativity is a really nice article.
I know it is a little pollyann-ish to fully believe that there isn't any toiling at the bottom (because I know they work ridiculous hours) but they have yet to release something that isn't pretty great.
I liked the "failing together and coming back up together" concept.
But I wonder if they'd let them scrap a movie now that they are Disney?
