From A List Apart, Getting Real About Agile Design.
Agility is something that we definitely aspire to.
But I fundamentally believe it is about getting the right people with the right attitude, communication skills, and self-awareness to work together with clearly defined and measurable edible chunked tasks aligned with a strong direction from an embedded, empowered and pragmatic customer advocate.
Honestly, I don't think everyone can do Agile.
