Interesting career advice from compelling people

This was an interesting post about choosing careers from Ira Glass.

He was Pre-Med and he didn't find his now-legendary radio niche until later into his career.

    "Once you’re good — and only then — start looking for your niche." I found this article to be very true and interesting - I needed to spend 10+ years gaining education and experience to 1) see the opportunity when it presented itself and 2) build the credibility with my superiors to be able to pursue it. Hopefully it doesn't take others so long!
